SOW guidestatement of workCuroxi SOW

What the SOW flow includes

Curoxi lets company admins and customer admins manage one Statement of Work for each customer workspace.

Unlike the MSA flow, the SOW does not use AI drafting. It is a manual working document that both sides can review, edit, sign, and export as PDF.

  • Create the SOW directly in the document editor
  • Capture delivery scope, milestones, and responsibilities
  • Sign from both company and customer sides
  • Request edit approval after signing if the scope changes

Before you start

  • Select the correct customer workspace
  • Use a company admin or customer admin account
  • Make sure the customer workspace is active
  • Complete company and customer profile details so the document shows the right party names
  • Decide the scope, dates, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance notes before final sign-off

Best way to use SOW

Use the SOW for customer-specific execution details that change from workspace to workspace, even when the master agreement stays the same.

A strong SOW usually covers scope, milestones, delivery assumptions, dependencies, handoff expectations, and any project-specific commercial or operational notes.

  • Keep the MSA for long-term master terms
  • Use the SOW for project-specific delivery details
  • Review the document together before signatures
  • Export the signed PDF once both sides are aligned

After signing

  • Once either party signs, the SOW becomes read only
  • If the scope must change, request edit approval from the other party
  • Approval clears both signatures
  • Both parties must sign the updated SOW again
